Al Hanks is a founding Principal of the consulting firm Chesapeake Analytics Corp. In
this capacity he supports business clients developing product marketing strategies, new
business plans, positioning strategies and capitalization and diversification strategies
in the geospatial industry.

|
Mr. Hanks has extensive experience both in technology development and business
strategic planning applicable to remote sensing and geographic information systems. As a
US Air Force intelligence officer and a senior level executive in the aerospace industry
he has managed multi-million dollar programs and business enterprises. His expertise
includes development and implementation of information systems and remote sensing
technologies, and the formation and implementation of business growth strategies. His
focus has been on the identification of new business opportunities resulting from emerging
technologies and discontinuous innovations in the geo-technologies. Mr. Hanks has advised
numerous Fortune 500 clients in such areas as: technology assessment, business plan
development, market trends, product definition and positioning, market entry strategies
and merger and acquisition strategies.

Prior to joining Chesapeake Analytics, Mr. Hanks business career included
consulting, executive management and business development positions with leading companies
engaged in developing and marketing advance information technology. As an Executive
Consultant for PlanGraphics Inc. a leading consulting firm in the GIS industry, he
supported a wide range of clients developing new business strategies based on an in depth
understanding of the industry dynamics and emerging market opportunities. These hands-on
activities involved developing new product concepts, business strategies and competitive
discriminator strategies for commercial and international markets. As a consultant he has
actively supported such companies as: Lockheed, E-Systems, Harris Corp., Loral, Space
Imaging, EarthWatch, Spar, Orbital Sciences, Questor Investments and many others.

During his tenure with Hughes Aircraft Company, Space and Communications Group, Mr.
Hanks:

- Directed advanced technology IR&D programs in image understanding and automated
feature extraction.
|
- Developed and implemented strategic plans for business diversification into software
intensive data systems.
|
- Managed information systems and software engineering programs for government clients
such as USAF, DoD and the Defense Mapping Agency.

- Established and organized Hughes Spatial Data Systems Division; developed
commercial software products and markets.

Mr. Hanks earned an MA in Public Administration at Oklahoma University with
specialization in management, and organization theory. He also holds a Baccalaureate
degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon and is a distinguished graduate
of: Armed Force Air Intelligence Training Center, Air Command and Staff College, and the
Air War College.

Mr. Hanks is an avid outdoorsman, he lives in Oregon with his
wife, Patricia where they ski, golf, mountain bike, camp, fish and hike.
